If you are having issues with your account or with one of your games, you can contact us one of 2 ways and we'll help to resolve the issue. If you are having an issue with a particular game, please include the opponent you're playing against and the score of your game.
How to report a problem
From the home page in Buddy Bones, click the bottom right settings button (see below). Once in Settings, click Customer Support and report your problem. If your game freezes, email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. A representative will reply within 24 hours.
